Fooled by Sony


Iam a middle class person from Pakistan..since I was a child I always heard that Sony is most reliable brand.After long time, I managed to purchase Sony Bravia from my savings.
With in first year of my purchase Bravia start showing problem and I send it for repair.After one year my Bravia again start causing problem and when I again gave to customer service centre they told me pay $200. For a person like me it is not easy to pay such amount but since I want my TV work otherwise its useless I decided to pay $200.May be $200 is not a big amount but a person like me at current stage it was hard to afford.

Other than paying $200 I was told from Sony customer service centre that main cause that my Bravia incur problem is because I live near by sea. Firstly, I laughed and thought why they didn't told me before I was taking my decision to purchase Bravia. However, other than paying $200 it was mentally torture for me to know that I was fooled by Sony.
Iam currently a dissatisfied customer of Sony and other than monetary loss I have faced mental torture from Sony in terms of being fooled. May be currently Iam not a in a sound position to sue Sony a giant corporation for their negligence but Iam waiting for that day when I will be financially sound and will sue this company for their negligence and especially for mental torture what I incurred now.
If in case by writing this review if I can get any support from Sony with in one month then might be my perception will changed but definitely not now.
